> DoorToShop is a New Zealand online marketplace that delivers groceries,
> packaged bakery, pet supplies, sweets and snacks, gifting, cosmetics,
> fashion, florist items, gardening, home decor, art and craft, and small
> electronics from local Auckland stores. Customers shop from multiple
> partner stores in a single checkout, pay securely by card or net banking,
> and receive their orders within 1-3 business days. **DoorToShop does not
> stock or deliver fresh produce, fresh meat, open milk, fresh dairy,
> cooked food, or any items requiring refrigeration.**

- **What you can buy:** groceries, packaged bakery, pet supplies, sweets
  and snacks, gifting, cosmetics, fashion, florist items, gardening,
  home decor, art and craft, and small electronics — all from local
  Auckland merchants
- **Delivery time:** orders are dispatched the next business day and
  delivered within 1-3 business days by courier; same-day delivery is
  not offered
- **Where we deliver:** across the entire Auckland region — North Shore,
  West Auckland, Central Auckland, South Auckland, East Auckland, and
  suburbs including Glen Eden, Henderson, Albany, Manukau, Howick,
  Mt Wellington, Botany, Pakuranga, and Otahuhu
- **Delivery fee:** base $7; orders over
  $69 qualify for free delivery within Auckland,
  with the exact amount confirmed at checkout
- **Minimum order:** none
- **Payment:** card or net banking; an emailed
  invoice is issued after the order is placed (invoice disputes must
  be raised within 10 days of invoice date)
- **Reward points:** customers earn 1 point per $69 spent; 1 point =
  $1 NZD off (minimum 3 points to redeem); points expire 180 days
  after earning

## How the marketplace works

- **Product-first browsing:** customers search or browse products by
  category — each product shows the local Auckland store that supplies
  it; there is no need to pick a store first
- **Multi-store cart:** add items from several partner stores in a
  single shopping session and check out once
- **Independent fulfilment:** each store packs and dispatches its own
  order; you may receive multiple parcels for one multi-store order
- **Real-time order tracking:** order status updates are available in
  the customer apps and on the website
