An order system that can be accessed remotely.
A payment system that can be nominated by the outlet or advised by Doortoshop.
A tablet app accessible by the business staff to process the order.
Promptly reply to our request for logos, branding, images and other information we require.
Follow our instruction on the formats we require this information in.
Ensure any Employee or Agent dealing with us is authorised to make these decisions.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of AAT and the Site’s Creators.
This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, online order and payment system and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
As a user of our Site, You agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:

We reserve the right to change the prices of our services at any time.

You may return a product brought from us in case of damage or defect within 5 days of purchase for non-perishable products.
However, after the period of 5 days for non-perishable product from the purchase date, we cannot offer you a return & exchange.
● Important Information
The Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products can be returned or exchanged only if the original receipt is presented. The refund or exchange shall be subject to inspection and in case it is not approved, then no refund & exchange shall be initiated.
Only few shops which provides return and refund. We will discuss with shops after the request received.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 15-20 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to complete the transaction. For further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@doortoshop.nz .
The above policy is valid on all products except Gift cards, alcoholic beverages and perishable items.
We may change our Return & Exchange policy from time to time.
You can terminate your account with DoorToShop by giving prior notice of 30 days by emailing as on support@doortoshop.nz. Once your account is terminated all your content may be deleted from the DoorToShop system. As deleted data cannot be retrieved, please be sure that you do wish to terminate your account before doing so.
