Does DoorToShop offer same-day delivery?

Does DoorToShop sell fresh produce, fresh meat or refrigerated items?
No. DoorToShop's partner stores list shelf-stable products only — groceries, dry snacks, packaged bakery, sealed canned pet food, packaged sweets, cosmetics, gifts and similar non-perishable items. Fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh meat, open milk, fresh dairy, cooked food, ice cream and cream cakes are not stocked.
What payment methods does DoorToShop accept?
DoorToShop accepts card and net banking. You will be invoiced by email after your order is placed; any dispute about an invoice must be raised within 10 days of the invoice date.
Is online payment on DoorToShop secure?
Yes. DoorToShop processes card payments through Stripe, a PCI-compliant industry-standard payment gateway. Card details are encrypted in transit and never stored on DoorToShop's own servers.
How do DoorToShop reward points work?
DoorToShop customers earn 1 reward point for every $55 spent, and each point can be redeemed at checkout at the rate of 1 point = $1 NZD off. The minimum redemption is 3 points, and points expire 180 days after they are earned. Your current balance is shown in My Rewards inside your account.
How do I track my DoorToShop order?
Sign in to your DoorToShop account and open the Orders page to see the live status of every order. Once your order is delivered, you receive the invoice by email.

What is the minimum grocery order on DoorToShop?

What kind of groceries can I buy on DoorToShop?
Partner grocery stores list shelf-stable pantry items only — rice, dal, atta, spices, sauces, pickles, dry snacks, biscuits, packaged beverages, dry fruits, household and personal-care goods. Fresh produce, fresh meat, open milk, cooked food and other items needing refrigeration are not sold on DoorToShop.
Can I pay online for grocery orders?
Yes. DoorToShop accepts secure online card payment through Stripe for all grocery orders. Selected partner stores also offer pay-on-delivery — the available options appear at checkout.

What pet supplies can I buy on DoorToShop?
Auckland pet partners on DoorToShop sell dry and sealed canned pet food, treats, toys, leashes, beds, grooming products, litter, and supplies for small pets, birds and fish — sourced from local NZ pet stores. Refrigerated raw pet food isn't stocked.
Do you stock prescription pet medicines?
DoorToShop pet partners stock over-the-counter pet wellness products. Prescription medicines need vet authorisation — contact the store directly through its listing before ordering to confirm what's required.

What kinds of sweets and snacks are available?

Can I order Indian sweets and savouries online?
