How do I place an order on DoorToShop?

Open doortoshop.com or the DoorToShop app, search for a product or browse a category, and add items to your cart — each product shows the local Auckland store that supplies it. Enter a delivery address in Auckland and check out. You can add products from several stores into one cart and pay once.

Do I have to choose a store first?

No. Just search for a product or browse a category and DoorToShop shows you which local store has it. You can add products from several different stores into one cart and receive them in a single order.

Which Auckland suburbs does DoorToShop deliver to?

DoorToShop's partner stores deliver across the entire Auckland region — including North Shore, West Auckland, Central Auckland, South Auckland, East Auckland, and suburbs such as Glen Eden, Henderson, Albany, Manukau, Howick, Mt Wellington, Botany, Pakuranga, and Otahuhu.

How long does DoorToShop delivery take?

Orders are dispatched the next business day and delivered within 1 to 3 business days by courier. Same-day delivery is not offered. Delivery times can vary slightly between stores because each partner store packs and dispatches its own orders.

How do I pay on DoorToShop?

DoorToShop accepts card and net banking. Payments are processed securely. An emailed invoice is issued after the order is placed, and any invoice dispute must be raised within 10 days of the invoice date.

Can I order from multiple stores in one checkout?

Yes. DoorToShop is a multi-merchant marketplace, so you can add items from several partner stores into one cart and check out once. Each store packs and dispatches its own order, which means you may receive multiple parcels for a single multi-store order.

Can I track my DoorToShop order?

Yes. You can track order status in real time on the DoorToShop website or in the iOS and Android apps. Updates cover order confirmation, dispatch by the partner store, and courier delivery to your doorstep.

What is the DoorToShop delivery fee?

The base delivery fee is $15. Orders above the free-delivery threshold qualify for free delivery — the exact threshold is shown at checkout. There is no minimum order value required to place an order.

Do I earn rewards for shopping on DoorToShop?

Yes. DoorToShop customers earn 1 reward point for every $55 spent. Points are worth $1 NZD each at checkout, with a minimum of 3 points required to redeem. Points expire 180 days after they are earned.

What can I buy on DoorToShop?

DoorToShop covers groceries, packaged bakery, pet supplies, sweets and snacks, gifting, cosmetics, fashion, florist items, gardening, home decor, art and craft, and small electronics. DoorToShop does not stock or deliver fresh produce, fresh meat, open milk, fresh dairy, cooked food, or any items requiring refrigeration.
